Applicants to the Global EMPA should have at least 7 years of management-level experience, and be either a rising leader, or already in an executive position.
The admissions process is designed to identify those applicants who are most likely to succeed in their studies and their careers and for whom the program is a good match. Decisions are not based on one single indicator. An admission decision will include the following criteria:
Prior academic performance, including grades and the quality of the academic institution attended
Standardized test scores, recommended but not required
Interview, if requested by the Graduate Admissions Committee
TOEFL scores for all applicants who graduated from an undergraduate institution at which the primary language of instruction was not English
In addition, applicants are encouraged to submit any documentation that they feel will allow the Graduate Admissions Committee to understand better their record of accomplishments and leadership capabilities.
